Welcome to Hire Any Talent (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website hireanytalent.com, our mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal right and capacity to agree to these Terms under United States law.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. User Roles

  • Job Seekers: Create a profile, upload a resume, apply for jobs, and connect with employers.
  • Employers / Recruiters: Post job listings, browse candidate profiles, purchase job packages, and manage applications.

4. Job Postings & User Content

  • Employers agree that all job postings are accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory, and comply with U.S. employment laws.
  • Job seekers agree that resumes, profiles, and applications are truthful and lawful.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Hire Any Talent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, and use your content for recruitment purposes.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Certain features (e.g., premium job postings, candidate access) may require payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Unless otherwise required by U.S. law, fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Violate any U.S. federal, state, or local State laws.
  • Harass, spam, or exploit other users.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of Hire Any Talent are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written consent.

8. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that job postings are genuine or that job seekers meet employer requirements.
  • Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Hire Any Talent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you to use the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable U.S. laws.
  • You may close your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas without regard to conflict of laws.
